amazing. ethical. caring. calming. supportive. felt like a friend within minutes. had to get my elderly and somewhat challenging parents to sign some urgent/timely documents. after speaking with Diana, I had the confidence that she could handle the entire signing without me having to drive an hour to be there. turns out there was a last minute issue that I panicked on since I wasn’t there (dad couldn’t find ID of course) and Diana solved it without missing a beat. she was calm, understanding, and a real professional. also, I had emailed the documents from the lawyer the night before, she reviewed it all, made sure all questions were answered…really – she was AMAZING. really – she is THE NOTARY to use! I just a few months ago used another mobile notary with my parents who was decent enough (but not good enough for me to come and YELP about) – there was definitely a difference…Diana is top of her game. I should mention I’m also a financial advisor and deal with paperwork and client servicing all the time – so when I say Diana is amazing, I’m speaking from a lot of experience in the client service world.

I just want to recommend Diana for anyone who needs a mobile notary in the Napa area. She’s there when she says she’ll be there and gives consistently great service. I’m in Los Angeles and my boss is up in Napa and I can say that my job would be infinitely harder if I didn’t have Diana to help me out! Highly recommend!
